by | Aug 2, 2016

Spark Response has this week been appointed to provide a major customer retention campaign in its contact centre.

Spark Response, a leading provider of customer contact centre services has been awarded a contract to support one of the UK’s fastest growing automotive dealer groups.

Working across multiple automotive brands within the group, Spark Response will carry out a structured customer retention and reactivation campaign in order to support the dealer groups growth objectives.

The dealer group is the latest brand to appoint Spark Response in order to help retain and reactivate customers using its ENGAGE service.

Outsourced Customer Service

ENGAGE is a service designed specifically for brands, retailers, and eCommerce operators who want to grow their business by increasing revenues from existing customers. Whilst many brands focus predominantly on customer acquisition, ENGAGE allows brands to profitably increase the lifetime value of their existing customer base.

Using carefully selected customer care advisers, ENGAGE sees Spark Response make tailored telephone calls to customers in order to learn more about their buying habits and previous shopping experiences.

Using the qualitative data gathered, the brand is then able to serve a targeted offer designed to retain or reactivate that customer, and bring them back into the live customer count. Learn more about ENGAGE here.
