Spark Response appointed to retain and reactivate lapsed customers
Spark Response has this week been appointed to provide a major customer retention campaign in its contact centre.
Spark Response, a leading provider of customer contact centre services has been awarded a contract to support one of the UK’s fastest growing automotive dealer groups.
Working across multiple automotive brands within the group, Spark Response will carry out a structured customer retention and reactivation campaign in order to support the dealer groups growth objectives.
The dealer group is the latest brand to appoint Spark Response in order to help retain and reactivate customers using its ENGAGE service.
