We’re a finalist in the eCommerce Awards
This morning we received the exciting news that Spark Response has been included as a finalist in the prestigious eCommerce Awards for Excellence. We’re nominated in the ‘Best eCommerce Customer Service’ category, for our work with our amazing client, Micro Scooters.
The eCommerce Awards for excellence is one of the most prestigious award ceremonies in the online retail sector. Winners from 2015 alone include House of Fraser, Buy a Gift, Toys R Us, Sony, Domino’s Pizza, Vodafone and Naked Wines. So, we’re in good company!

Having attended the awards in 2015 as sponsors, we were delighted when our good friends at Micro Scooters decided to enter the awards in partnership with us. Spark Response has worked closely with Micro Scooters since 2012. Our partnership sees Spark manage customer service and order fulfilment services on behalf of Micro Scooters – the premium brand of children’s and adult scooters in the UK.
The award ceremony itself takes place on 28th September, at London’s Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square. We’re really looking forward to attending on the night, and meeting our fellow finalists. Of course, we wish all the finalists the very best. You can see the finalists here.
