Campaigns tend to fall in to one of two categories - eCommerce fulfilment and trade and supply chain management - or a blend of the two.
eCOMMERCE FULFILMENT
Our typical fulfilment client despatches anything from 20,000 home shopping orders a year, predominently from online customers but also covering catalogue home shoppers. Our IT team will work with your existing web and eCommerce developers to ensure seamless integrations to our own fulfilment management systems.
TRADE AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGMENT
We manage supply chain and trade ordering on behalf of clients with a business-to-business product offering. This tends to involve fuflilment of bulk orders of full cartons and pallets into highstreet retailers. We also work with clients in the retail sector who require fulfilment support to replenish their own outlets. This can work on a central distribution network platform or as part of inter-store transfer management.
PRODUCT REWORK
Working with retail clients for a number of years, we understand that some larger retailers require products to be delivered in a certain way. This can range from specific delivery and booking-in guidelines to labeling and product display specifications. Our fulfilment provision covers this - our teams regualrly re-work, re-label and re-organise products as required by our clients and their trade customers.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Our fulfilment campaigns are account-managed by a dedicated team who look after day to day account
management, development and reporting. The main function of our account managers is
to act as the 'eyes, ears and voice' of our clients in dealing with not only the other operational areas of our business but also third party partners and suppliers.
We view the role as being the driving force behind campaign activity, developing revenue-generating
ideas and cost saving opportunities, analysing product movement and gathering competitor intelligence.

- Analysis of top selling lines
- High level overview of campaign activity
- Ongoing trends - year to date, campaign to date
- Cost tracker – detailing activity costs based on pricing matrix by week
- Agreed suite of reports to demonstrate key Management Information, year on year stats, demonstrating campaign movement and performance by operational area.
