OUTBOUND SALES ADVISERS
DEPARTMENT: OUTBOUND CONTACT CENTRE
TERM: FULL TIME
SALARY: £7 PER HOUR PLUS BONUS
 

To make outbound calls to residential customers, identifying customer needs and promoting / selling client products and services.

You will be required to work towards sales targets, call quality compliances and other contact centre KPI’s.

Whilst previous experience is not compulsory for the position of Outbound Sales; we do require a passion for sales, confidence, motivation and a desire to succeed.

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday, between 10am to 9pm, with alternative Saturdays of 10am to 4pm

TEAM MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: OUTBOUND CONTACT CENTRE
TERM: FULL TIME
SALARY: £18,000 PLUS BONUS
 

To assist in the management of the outbound sales Call Centre activity within the account, ensuring all targets and objectives are achieved.

To implement and manage scheduled and ad hoc outbound projects, identifying any training or staffing needs to ensure a seamless delivery ensuring that a high quality service, in accordance with specified service standards, is delivered to customers and to all Call Centre Clients, Partner Services and other internal and external customers of the Call Centre.

To take responsibility for the Performance Management processes are an essential part of our people management and development strategy.

37½ hours per week

Monday to Friday, between 9am to 9pm, with alternative Saturdays of 10am to 6pm

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: SPARK ETAIL
TERM: FULL TIME PERMANENT
SALARY: £30-£35,000
 

Our sister company, Spark Etail, owns and operates a number of multi-channel (online and print) ethically minded brands which operate in a growing ethical market in the UK (including ethicalsuperstore.com).

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who has first-class experience in ecommerce, working with external agencies and growing sales through targeted, tactical marketing.

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will have oversight and input into our entire ecommerce strategy. You will set budgets, create marketing plans and sales forecasts and analyse marketing activity and return on investment of multi-channel campaigns from top-line down to individual customer level.

You will work with our existing team and with external agencies on everything from PPC, SEO, Social Media Marketing, PR as well as Email and Catalogue Marketing.
