Automated order transfer
Spark Response operates an in house developed Warehouse Management System (WMS) which a totally secure, flexible and robust system capable of managing the stock and fulfilment requirements of both our eCommerce fulfilment clients, as well as managing trade distribution to retail stockists. We directly integrate our WMS into your eCommerce platform, such as Magento. This allows us to automatically receive orders in our WMS as they’re placed in your system to be picked and packed.
Two way data transfer
Whilst orders are automatically sent into our WMS, once and order has been picked and packed, we feed stock information back into your eCommerce Store, to give you and your customers real time visibility on product availability. As well as providing inventory levels, our WMS also manages Item Masters, Kits, Vendors and Suppliers, Purchase Orders, Sales orders and Sales Order Item Status’ – all to give you access to the information you need.
Flexible, scalable, and competitive
Due to our WMS being our own, we’ve been able to customise it to meet the needs of our clients. One client requires us to customise and assemble a made to order product, another requires us to engrave items before dispatch, whilst gift wrapping orders is also managed through our WMS. Our WMS is also capable of managing any number of SKU’s and product profiles.
