Spark Etail was formed by Spark Response in March 2011 and brings to our client base a true end-to-end service offering, which now includes online store development and marketing services alongside our 'traditional' fulfilment and contact centre operarions. Spark Etail currently owns and operates the Ethicalsuperstore.com and Natural Collection eCommerce and catalogue home shopping brands.

Spark has strategically outsourced its IT infrastructure support and maintenance in a five year managed service contract with Knowledge IT in a bid to ensure maximum systems resilience. Knowledge IT is a Network Solutions Provider that delivers end-to-end Information Communications Technology (ICT) solutions for Spark in order to achieve an integrated and holistic approach to ICT service delivery.

KITE PACKAGING
Bespoke Packaging Solutions

Kite is a group of specialist companies that brings experience, innovation and resources together to create effective packaging ideas and supply solutions for business and industry. Kite works in partnership alongside Spark, implementing innovative, cost efficient and environmentally sound packaging solutions for Spark's client base.

PORT OF TYNE
Deep Storage, Logistics and Import-Export

Port of Tyne provides Spark with a footprint expansion during busy trading periods. Our strategic partnership delivers deep storage and logistics solutions for our clients' slower-moving and larger stock items. The Port also partners with Spark during large-scale client implementation, import and stock migration projects.

Quality and Environmental Management Auditors

Spark Response was ISO 9001:1994 accredited in 2000 and was upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 in 2003. GlobalGROUP is Spark's UKAS Accredited Quality Management System Certification Body.
GlobalGROUP also accredit and audit our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

SYSNET
PCI DSS Certification

Spark Response was one of the first UK contact centres to become compliant with the Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standard in 2009. Sysnet provide PCI DSS certification support and ongoing accreditation review.
