Breaking News! Spark Response has this week been appointed to provide outsourced multi-channel customer services on behalf of one the worlds biggest toy companies.

Spark Response has a proven background in managing customer services in the toy and gift sector, having managed all customer service interactions across all contact channels for the UK’s biggest toy retailer for the past 13 years.
