In a packed conference room at London’s Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel on Wednesday evening, Spark Response were on stage as sponsors of the eCommerce Awards for Excellence.
The award ceremony, now in its 7th year, is one of the most prestigious evenings in the eCommerce calendar. With 29 award categories, and entries from some of the largest and most innovative eCommerce brands in the UK, including House of Fraser, John Lewis, Toys R Us and Vodafone, the evening was thoroughly enjoyable.
The evening began with a Champagne drinks reception overlooking the South Bank of the Thames, before we took our seats and met with other innovative and creative award nominees and sponsors over a delicious three course dinner.
Katherine Ryan then had the crowd in hysterics with her unique brand of stand up comedy, before writer and comedian Danny Wallace took the stage to present the awards.
And the winner is…
Spark Response were sponsors of the Best eCommerce Customer Service Award, the nominees of which included the likes of Sport Pursuit, Buy a Gift, The National History Museum and of course Nakedwines.com – who were announced as winners on stage by Spark Response MD Peter Slee as shown in the video below.
All in all we had a fantastic night, and on behalf of everyone here at Spark Response, congratulations to all the winners, and those unlucky runners up, who of course are winners in their own right.
