Spark Response is Runner up at North East Contact Centre Awards 2017
Spark Response were runners up at the prestigious North East Contact Centre Awards on 2nd February, in the Best Contact Centre Under 250 Seats Category.
The North East of England is home to hundreds of contact centres, both in house and outsourcers, large and small. Some of the biggest blue chips in the UK base their contact centres in our region. So whenever we’re nominated for an award at the North East Contact Centre awards, we’re thrilled, as we know we’re in excellent company.
Spark Response was nominated in the Best Contact Centre Under 250 Seats category. As it turned out, there were 90 other entrants in the running, such is the strength of the contact centre industry we operate in. Once the nominations for the finals were out, we knew we had some stiff competition. Our fellow finalists, shortlisted from the original 90 entrants, included:
Firstsource Solutions Middlesbrough
Customer Service Op – Northern Powergrid
Spark Response Contact Centre
Tesco Banking Assist Team Newcastle
On the night, we were announced as runners up, with Firstsource Solutions of Middlesbrough taking the prestigious title. Congratulations go to all the team there, as well as all the other entrants and winners across all categories.
