Spark Response To Sponsor the eCommerce Awards for Excellence
The eCommerce Awards for Excellence are to eCommerce what the Oscars are to movies. An annual event held in Central London, the prestigious awards bring together some of the largest and most exciting eCommerce brands in the UK.
In 2017 Spark Response will once again be closely involved in the eCommerce Awards, as sponsors of the ‘Best eCommerce Service Category’. As a leading customer service outsourcer, it’s a category Spark Response holds close to its heart. Especially as we won the award in 2016 for our partnership with Micro Scooters.
Spark Response first got involved with the eCommerce Awards back in 2015, when we first sponsored the ‘Best eCommerce Customer Service Category. Spark managing director Peter Slee took the stage on the night to present the award to Naked Wines.
After being so impressed with the awards, in 2016 Spark entered the very same award category – ‘Best eCommerce Customer Service‘ in partnership with Micro Scooters, and were delighted to take away the trophy on the night, in the only category it entered. Being the only outsourcer to have won the award made the occasion extra special.
On 27th September Spark will once again return to the stage as sponsors of the ‘Best eCommerce Customer Service’ Award. Spark business development manager Natalie Sehnal will present the award to one of the following deserving nominees:

Having won this particular category at last years event, we feel proud that we’ll be on stage to pass on the award to another fantastic customer service provider. This is the third year that we’ve been involved with the eCommerce Awards. The event itself is always thoroughly entertaining and gives us the perfect excuse to let our hair down, whilst also being able to network with many other eCommerce brands throughout the evening.”
The event is also a special occasion as three of Spark Response’s clients are nominated for various awards, with fashion brand Parka London, footwear brand FitFlop, and yoga retailer Yogamatters all in the running for respective awards.
